பாரதியின் கவித்துவம் அற்புதம்! அற்புதம்!! . இயற்கையை ரசிப்போம்! இன்புற வாழ்வோம்!! .

              சூதாட  அழைத்த துரியோதனின் அழைப்பை ஏற்று பாண்டவர்கள் பாஞ்சாலியோடு பயணிக்கின்றனர் . மாலை மயங்கும் நேரம். பகலெல்லாம் உழைத்த களைப்பு கதிரவனுக்கு. தனது வண்ண வனப்பை  எல்லாம் புவிக்கு ஒரு சேர காட்டிச் செல்வோமே  என  கனன்று சுழன்று ஆடுகிறான். பாண்டவர் சேனை ஒய்வு எடுக்கிறது . பாஞ்சாலியை தனியே அழைத்துச் செல்கிறான் பார்த்தன். அங்கே  ஒரு பசும்புல் மேட்டில் அமர்கின்றனர். பாஞ்சாலி அவனது தொடை மீது சாய்ந்து பால் போல் மொழி பிதற்றுகிறாள் .ஆனால் பார்த்தனுக்கு ஈர்ப்பெல்லாம் மாலை நேர சூரியனின் வர்ண ஜாலம் மீதுதான் .அவளை நோக்கி அதன் எழில் நயத்தை விளக்குகின்றான். பாரதியின் கவித்துவம் அற்புதம்! அற்புதம்!! . இயற்கையை ரசிப்போம்! இன்புற வாழ்வோம்!! .

‘பார்; சுடர்ப்பரிதியைச்  சூழவே படர்முகில்
எத்தனை  தீப்பட்டு எரிவன! ஓகோ!
என்னடீ! இந்த  வன்னத்து  இயல்புகள்!
எத்தனை வடிவம்! எத்தனை கலவை!
தீயின் குழம்புகள்!-செழும்பொன் காய்ச்சி

விட்ட ஓடைகள்!-வெம்மை தோன்றாமே
எரிந்திடுந்  தங்கத் தீவுகள்! -பாரடீ!
நீலப் பொய்கைகள்!-அடடா,நீல
வன்னம் ஒன்றில் எத்தனை வகையடீ!
எத்தனை செம்மை! பசுமையுங் கருமையும்

எத்தனை!-கரிய பெரும்பெரும் பூதம்!
நீலப் பொய்கையின் மிதந்திடும்  தங்கத்
தோணிகள் சுடரொளிப் பொற்கரை இட்ட
கருஞ் சிகரங்கள்! -காண்டி, ஆங்கு
தங்கத் திமிங்கிலம் தாம்பல மிதக்கும்

இருட் கடல்!-ஆஹா!எங்கு நோக்கிடினும்
ஒளித்திரள்! ஒளித்திரள்! வன்னக் களஞ்சியம்!’

What a beautiful irony - Cartoons by Mr Angel Boligan

These are the cartoons by Mr Angel Boligan , Mexican Cartoonist of Cuban Origin. His cartoons are thought-provoking. . They lampoon the modern technology which makes human beings insensitive to the natural feelings of love and affection to be shown to each other.It makes each and every person an island  on his own. It sheds light on the darker side of the communication technology. It has a tinge of sadness exhibiting in a surrealistic way.

His cartoons need no words. Just think it over.  It speaks volumes of words and conveys many feelings.

See the cartoons below.A boy with a football  in the middle of the court yearning for partners to play. But his friends are sitting separately playing in their smart phones.

In the next cartoon two boys are sitting in the see-saw meant for their play by their sitting apart in each pole .

What a beautiful irony the cartoons convey to us.
